Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating repair estimates and coordinating repairs. You will communicate with customers and insurance companies, assess vehicle damage, and document required parts and repairs to support KPIs.

The role emphasizes teamwork with Management, participation in daily production walks, and adherence to WOW Operating Ways. A DRP/insurance background and I-CAR training are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP's minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Provide timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance program requirements and company processes.
• Communicate customer requests to the team and support production walks.
• Attend training sessions and store meetings as required.
