Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Cary, NC seeks an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing reliable repair estimates, and coordinating with customers and insurers throughout the process.

You will work with a team to meet KPIs and ensure efficient repair workflows while maintaining high standards of service and communication. A valid driver’s license, DRP knowledge, and I-CAR willingness are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Provide customers with information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance and DRP requirements and company procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members and attend required meetings.
