Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate estimates and coordinating repair needs for customers and insurers. You will assess vehicle damage, document repairs and parts, and work with team members to meet facility KPIs while maintaining strong communication and service standards throughout the repair journey.

You will guide customers through the process and ensure seamless interaction from drop-off to delivery.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP's.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide accurate and timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support all team members when required.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings as required.
• Attend training sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
