Job summary

Classic Collision in Dallas, TX is seeking a Collision Estimator to join our growing team. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurers and guide the repair process from drop-off to delivery.

The ideal candidate has experience with estimating systems (CCC1 preferred), strong communication, and excellent organizational skills. We offer competitive pay with a commission-based structure and benefits such as a company 401K match and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary contact for the customer throughout the repair process.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage claims for best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair progress.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
