Job summary

Crash Champions is actively seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.

You will manage each repair from initial estimate through final QC, keep customers informed, review data with body technicians, and ensure carrier requirements and paperwork are completed accurately. The role offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities with time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair and ensure quality with in-process QC.
• Inform customers about status and provide excellent experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process.
• Pre-close final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions, verify carrier requirements.
