Job summary

Crash Champions is hiring to educate customers on repair processes, insurance procedures, and rights while delivering accurate estimates from initial through final. You will manage each repair, ensuring QC and timely updates, helping customers through the journey from intake to release.

The role emphasizes data review with technicians, post-scan steps, and coordinating with insurers to meet carrier requirements, all in a fast-paced environment with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer service and organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners is a plus.
• Experience with multiple estimating systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Completes initial estimates and final estimates after full evaluation and disassembly.
• Manage repairs through the process and ensure quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status and provide a top-tier experience.
• Pull and review data procedures for/body technicians and finalize post-scanning steps.
