Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will document interactions, communicate with customers and insurance companies, and ensure alignment with WOW standards across the repair process.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year experience, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide customers with accurate information through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW standards.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend training sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
