Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to act as the main liaison with customers from drop-off to delivery. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurers, coordinate with insurance partners, and keep customers updated on repair progress.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Experience in auto collision estimating is preferred.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication required.
• Familiarity with CCC1 estimating system preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers from drop-off to delivery.
• Prepare estimates for customers and insurers per guidelines.
• Coordinate with insurance partners to manage claims.
• Maintain updates on repair progress for customers.
• Coordinate with technicians to identify all damages.
• Support customer satisfaction scores per company standards.
• Perform quality inspections before vehicle delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
