Job summary

Classic Collision in Duluth, GA is seeking a Collision Estimator to act as the primary contact for customers from drop-off to delivery of their repaired vehicle.

You will prepare estimates for customers and insurers, coordinate with insurance partners, and work closely with technicians to ensure all damages are identified and accurately estimated, while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

This role offers weekly pay, ongoing training, and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to insure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
