Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in Georgia. The role focuses on preparing estimates for customers and insurance partners, coordinating with insurers, and guiding the repair process from drop-off to delivery.

The estimator works closely with technicians to identify all damages, maintains customer communications, and aims to achieve high satisfaction scores. Industry certifications and prior estimating experience are preferred, with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off to delivery.
• Prepares estimates for customers and insurance partners according to Classic Collision guidelines.
• Manages customers' claims with insurance companies to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains communication with customers with updates on repair progress.
• Coordinates with technicians to identify all damages.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Performs quality inspections prior to vehicle delivery.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
