Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to manage the repair process from drop-off to delivery. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurers, and coordinate with insurance partners to ensure a smooth experience.

The role emphasizes clear communication with customers, collaboration with technicians, and maintaining high satisfaction scores. Salary is $30-$34/hr, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off to delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage customer claims for best experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
