Job summary

Classic Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator to serve as the main liaison with customers from drop-off through delivery. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners, coordinate with insurers, and work with technicians to identify all damages.

The role emphasizes customer satisfaction and accurate, timely repairs. We offer a commission-based salary tied to sales volume, plus benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Ability to provide clear information in writing, over the phone, and in person.
• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off to delivery.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage the claim and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on the repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
