Job summary

Classic Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator to serve as the primary contact for customers from drop-off through delivery, and to prepare estimates for customers and insurers in line with company guidelines.

The role requires coordination with insurers and technicians, maintaining updates and ensuring customer satisfaction, along with conducting final quality checks before delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process from drop-off to delivery.
• Prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to manage customer claims and ensure best experience.
• Maintain communication with customers providing updates on repair status.
• Coordinate with technicians to identify all damages.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery and other related duties as assigned.
