Job summary

Classic Collision in Minnesota is hiring a Collision Estimator to serve as the primary contact from drop-off to delivery, preparing estimates for customers and insurance partners according to guidelines.

The estimator will coordinate with insurance companies and technicians, keep customers updated, drive quality inspections before delivery, and uphold the company standards for integrity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off to delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage customers' claims to ensure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair progress.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
