Job summary

Classic Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator in Saint Paul, MN. The role involves serving as the customer’s main contact throughout the repair process, preparing estimates, and coordinating with insurers to optimize the customer experience.

Qualifications include 18+, a valid driver's license, and experience with CCC1 preferred. I-CAR/ASE certs preferred; background check required. Competitive pay with benefits and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off to delivery.
• Prepares estimate for customer and insurance partners per guidelines.
• Coordinates with insurers to manage claims and customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers with repair updates.
• Coordinates with technicians to identify all damages.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores per company standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
