Classic Collision in Eden Prairie, MN is hiring a Collision Estimator to be the primary contact for customers from drop-off to delivery, prepare estimates for customers and insurers, and coordinate with insurance companies to ensure the best repair experience.

The role requires collision estimating experience, CCC1 familiarity, I-CAR/ASE certification preferred, and strong organization with a customer-first mindset. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to provide clear information in writing, phone, and in person.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary contact for customers from drop-off to delivery.
• Prepares estimates for customers and insurance partners per guidelines.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage claims and ensure customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers on repair progress.
• Coordinates with technicians to identify all damages.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
