Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely information to customers, guiding them through the repair process.
• Document and update customer interactions and insurance communications.
• Coordinate repairs and parts replacement with the team to meet KPIs.
• Assist in production walks and safety meetings as required.
