Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused professional for a fast-paced collision repair environment. You will educate customers on repair processes, insurance steps, and vehicle safety, while managing estimates and repair progression to ensure quality and timely completion.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, repair techniques, safety and value.
• Completes initial estimates and final estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation.
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide the best possible experience.
• Pull and review data procedures with Body Technicians and perform post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork and address file exceptions.
