Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused estimator/representative in Orlando to educate customers on the repair process and insurance procedures. You will complete initial and final repair estimates, manage repairs through completion, and keep customers informed throughout the process.

Experience with estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex) and strong multitasking skills are preferred. Competitive benefits and a supportive team environment are offered.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, and value.
• Complete initial estimates and final estimates after damage evaluation.
• Manage repairs and ensure quality standards with QC checks.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status and experiences.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps.
• Prepare final repair orders and handle disbursement paperwork.
