Job summary

Crash Champions in Clearwater, FL is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our high-volume collision repair team. You will educate customers on repair processes, prepare and finalize estimates, and manage each repair through QC to ensure quality and satisfaction.

The role requires strong customer service, organization, time management, and knowledge of estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex) with insurance-partner experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills are essential for guiding customers through the repair process and insurance steps.
• Strong organizational ability and multitasking to handle rapid repair workflows.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners and claims processes is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers fully informed about vehicle status and provide excellent service.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and perform post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, and ensure carrier requirements are met.
