Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking an estimator to educate customers about the repair process, insurance procedures, and value. You will prepare initial estimates, perform full estimates after disassembly, and lock final figures while keeping customers informed throughout the repair.

You will manage each vehicle through the process, ensuring Crash Champions' quality standards are met and handling post- Scanning, paperwork, and carrier requirements. Proficiency with CCC One or Audatex is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of how insurance partners work and interact with repairs.
• Comfort working in a dynamic shop setting with changing priorities.
• Experience with multiple estimating systems, especially CCC One and Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair through to completion while upholding Crash Champions' quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle and provide exceptional service.
• Review data with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process.
• Pre-close final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, and address file exceptions to meet carrier requirements.
