Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Michigan is seeking an Estimator to deliver outstanding customer experiences by creating accurate estimates and coordinating repair needs. You will communicate with customers and insurers throughout the repair process, ensuring alignment with team KPIs and repair facility goals.

The role requires knowledge of repairs, OE guidelines, and DRP compliance, with a minimum of 1 year experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP's Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, communication, and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Greet customers in person and on the phone with positive energy.
• Understand all required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members when required.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings as required.
• Attend training and information sessions recommended by Store Manager.
