Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver accurate vehicle damage estimates, coordinate repairs, and keep customers and insurers informed throughout the claim process. You will work with the team to meet facility KPIs and ensure a smooth customer experience from intake to delivery.

The role requires CCC1 Estimating System experience, knowledge of OE guidelines, and willingness to complete I-CAR training, with opportunities in a supportive, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with CCC1 Estimating System required.
• Familiarity with Geico, State Farm or Progressive is a plus.
• Knowledge of collision repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support all team members when required.
• Attend health & safety and staff meetings as required.
• Attend training sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
