Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Harvey, LA seeks an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by preparing accurate vehicle damage appraisals and coordinating repairs with customers and insurers. The Estimator assesses damage, documents needed repairs, and supports the team to meet KPIs.

You’ll work with a collaborative team, ensuring compliance with DRP and WOW standards, and participate in ongoing training to stay current in OE guidelines and processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum DRP knowledge with at least 1 year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with repair details and status.
• Provide accurate information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW standards.
• Coordinate repairs and communicate with team members during the process.
• Participate in daily production walks and support team as needed.
• Attend trainings and information sessions as recommended by Store Manager.
