Job summary

The Boyd Group in Crystal River, FL is hiring an Estimator responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate vehicle damage estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies.

You will document all customer interactions, guide clients through the repair process, ensure insurance program compliance, and participate in daily production walks with the management team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s; minimum 1 year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide customers with accurate, timely information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, repair planning, communication, and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings as required.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops as recommended by Store Manager.
