Job summary

Boyd Group Services is seeking a Collision Estimator to join our team. You will estimate repairs, coordinate with customers and insurance companies, and help drive timely vehicle returns.

You will document interactions, ensure DRP compliance, and collaborate with service advisors and technicians. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required; I-CAR training willingness is noted.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s; minimum 1-year experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update records.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP metrics.
• Coordinate communication among team members and participate in production walks.
• Support all team members and attend health & safety meetings as required.
• Attend training sessions and workshops as recommended by the Store Manager.
