Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking an Estimator in Forney, TX to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating precise repair estimates, coordinating needs with customers and insurers, and guiding the repair journey from start to finish.

You will document vehicle damage, ensure DRP and insurance compliance, and support the team to meet KPIs through daily production walks and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic Computer Skills
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding through repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW procedures.
• Coordinate with team on repair planning and communication.
• Support daily production walks with Management and attend Training sessions.
