Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience while creating accurate vehicle repair estimates. You will coordinate repairs, communicate with customers and insurers, and document all damage assessments to support KPIs in a fast-paced collision facility.

Requirements include a high school diploma, DRP awareness, basic computer skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Familiarity with DRP processes and insurance workflows.
• I-CAR training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Guide customers through the repair process and communicate with insurance.
• Ensure compliance with insurance program requirements and store procedures.
• Participate in production walks and team meetings as required.
• Maintain KPI performance and uphold company values.
