Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will document all interactions, inform customers and insurers throughout the repair process, and collaborate with the team to meet KPI targets.

This role requires basic computer skills, DRP familiarity, and a valid driver’s license. The position emphasizes teamwork, adherence to WOW Operating Ways, and ongoing training to maintain

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
• Awareness of DRP processes and requirements.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide customers with timely repair process information and guidance.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW standards.
• Coordinate repair planning and communicate with team members.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings.
• Support team and attend required training sessions.
