Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking an Estimator in Asheville, NC to manage the repair estimation process, coordinate with customers and insurance providers, and ensure accurate documentation throughout the repair cycle.

Applicants should have CCC1 Estimating System experience, a high school diploma, and be willing to complete I-CAR training. A valid driver’s license and DRP compliance familiarity are required. Compensation details include commissions and a performance-based bonus structure.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CCC1 Estimating System.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details.
• Provide customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members.
• Attend daily production walks with the Management Team and participate in monthly Health & Safety meetings.
