Job summary

Classic Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator at our Daytona Beach Repair Center in Holly Hill, FL. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process and prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners.

You will collaborate with insurance companies to manage claims and ensure a quality customer experience. The role requires communication skills, familiarity with CCC1 estimating system, and an eye for detail; I-CAR/ASE certification is

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
• Familiar with CCC1 estimating system preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off to delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage customer claims to ensure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
