Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by creating estimates and coordinating vehicle repairs. You will document damage, outline repairs, and communicate with customers and insurance providers to keep everyone informed.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, timely updates, and adherence to DRP and company procedures to drive KPIs and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP7s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Drivers License.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details.
• Provide Customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring that they receive excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Ensure compliance with WOW Operating Ways regarding customer drop-offs, repair planning, customer communication, and delivery.
• Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team, as required.
