Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Indiana is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing detailed estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurers throughout the process.

Join our team to uphold WOW standards, meet KPIs, participate in daily production walks, and apply I-CAR training plus DRP compliance. A high school diploma, basic computer skills, and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP's minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide customers with accurate and timely information through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for repairs, communication, and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Support all team members as needed.
• Participate in monthly Health & Safety meetings if required.
• Attend training sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
• Maintain the store's KPIs by maximizing role performance.
