Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Indiana is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating accurate damage appraisals and coordinating repairs. You will document communications with customers and insurance companies, assess vehicle damage, and ensure repairs align with KPIs.

You’ll work with the team to plan repairs, update customers regularly, and maintain compliance with DRP and insurance requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repair processes and OE guidelines is required.
• Proficiency with basic computer tasks is needed.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions accurately and update records.
• Provide accurate repair timelines and guide customers through the process.
• Ensure compliance with DRP programs and insurance requirements.
• Coordinate repair planning and customer communication with the team.
• Participate in production walks and assist teammates as needed.
• Attend required staff meetings and training sessions.
