Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will document all interactions, inform customers and insurance companies, and work with team members to meet KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, a high school diploma, and basic computer skills. Insurance/compliance experience and I-CAR training are valued.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with accuracy.
• Guide customers through the repair process with timely information.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Communicate requests to the appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.

Skills
