Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to manage repair estimates and customer experiences from drop-off through final delivery. You will prepare estimates for clients and insurers, coordinate with insurance partners, and keep customers informed about the repair progress and anticipated timelines.

The role prefers prior collision estimating experience, CCC1 familiarity, and I-CAR certification. Join a growing team that emphasizes safety, quality, integrity, and heart in every vehicle

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary contact for customers from drop-off to delivery.
• Prepare estimates for customers and insurers per guidelines.
• Coordinate with insurance partners to manage claims and ensure customer experience.
• Maintain updates with customers on repair progress.
• Coordinate with technicians to identify all damages.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores per standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery.
• Other duties as assigned.
