Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused professional to educate customers on repair processes, insurance procedures, and rights, while coordinating with body technicians to ensure high-quality results. You will manage estimates, evaluations, and final documentation to streamline the repair journey.

In this role, you will maintain open communication with customers, supervise progress, and ensure adherence to Crash Champions quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills are essential.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners is preferred.
• Ability to perform well in a high-speed environment.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair processes, insurance procedures, rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write full estimates after evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide the best possible experience.
• Pull and review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
