Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to serve as the primary contact for customers from drop-off to delivery. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners, and coordinate with insurance companies to manage claims while ensuring a high level of customer experience.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, be proficient with estimating systems (CCC1 preferred), and possess a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in person.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off to delivery.
• Prepares estimate for customer and insurance partners per guidelines.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage claims for best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers with repair updates.
• Coordinates with technicians to identify all damages.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores per company standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery.
