Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to assess vehicle damage, prepare accurate estimates, and coordinate repairs with customers and insurance companies. You will document all interactions and stay aligned with team KPIs to ensure a smooth repair experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Basic computer skills and DRP compliance oriented.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience and accurate estimates.
• Coordinate repair needs and communicate with customers and insurers.
• Document interactions and ensure information is up to date.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Maintain KPIs and support team members as needed.
• Uphold WOW Operating Way standards for drop-offs and delivery.
