Classic Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator in Dayton, TN to be the primary contact for customers from drop-off to delivery, preparing estimates for customers and insurers, and coordinating with insurance and technicians to ensure a smooth repair process.

The role requires 18+ years old, a valid driver’s license, and strong written and verbal communication. CCC1 estimating familiarity and I-CAR/ASE certifications are preferred. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred; I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customer’s claim to ensure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
