Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a full-time estimator/coordinator at our Daphne, AL location. Educate customers on repairs, insurance procedures, and rights while preparing and locking final estimates after full disassembly and evaluation.

You will manage each repair through QC checks, keep customers informed, and collaborate with body technicians. Familiarity with CCC One, Mitchell, or Audatex is valued in our fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and experience in handling clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners and procedures is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Experience with multiple estimating systems such as CCC One, Mitchell and Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety and value.
• Complete initial estimates and final estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation.
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure quality standards with in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide the best possible experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address file exceptions and carrier requirements.
