Job summary

Crash Champions in Little Rock, AR is hiring a customer-centric Estimator/Coordinator to educate clients on repair processes, insurer procedures and rights. You will complete initial estimates, finalize estimates after damage evaluation, and manage each repair to our quality standards.

You’ll work with CCC One, Mitchell and Audatex, coordinate with body technicians, prepare disbursement paperwork, and ensure carrier requirements are met. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within collision repair or similar industry.
• Knowledge of insurance procedures and claims processes helpful.
• Experience with estimating software is preferred.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair processes, insurance procedures, customer rights, and safety.
• Complete initial and final estimates after damage evaluation and disassembly.
• Oversee each repair to ensure quality standards through in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status and provide excellent service.
• Collaborate with Body Technicians and review data procedures post-scanning.
• Pre-close repair orders, handle paperwork and ensure carrier requirements.
