Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in Athens, GA. You will act as the main liaison for customers and insurers, prepare estimates, and coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate damages are identified and the vehicle is delivered to the customer. This role emphasizes integrity, service, and teamwork within a supportive environment.

Compensation is commission-based and dependent on sales volume, with benefits and opportunities for advancement described in the job posting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Familiar with estimating systems (CCC1) preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers' claim to ensure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
