Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator at our Buckhead Repair Center in Atlanta, GA. You will be the primary liaison with customers from drop-off to delivery and prepare accurate estimates for customers and insurance partners. Collaborative work with insurers ensures seamless claims and a high level of customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes communication with customers, coordination with technicians, and maintaining quality standards for each vehicle delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 (preferred).
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Successful background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off to delivery.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage claims for best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers with updates on repair progress.
• Coordinates with technicians to identify all damages.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery.
