Job summary

Boyd Group in Port Richey, FL, seeks an Estimator to expertly coordinate repairs, document customer interactions, and guide clients and insurers through the process. You will assess vehicle damage, determine parts needs, and ensure alignment with team KPIs in a busy shop environment.

Ideal candidates bring knowledge of DRP processes, OE guidelines, and a willingness to pursue I-CAR Training. A valid driver’s license is required and a competitive compensation plan is offered.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP metrics.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team and attend health & safety meetings as required.
• Communicate customer requests to the team.
