Job summary

Classic Collision Corporate Services LLC is seeking a Collision Estimator in Austin. You will serve as the primary contact for customers from drop-off to delivery, and prepare estimates for customers and insurers following manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.

You will partner with insurance companies to manage claims, maintain updates on progress, and coordinate with technicians to ensure all damages are identified and corrected, while upholding customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off to delivery.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners per guidelines.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage claims for best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers with updates on repair progress.
• Coordinates with technicians to identify all damages.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores per company standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery.
