Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to be the primary contact for customers from drop-off through delivery of their vehicle. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners, following Classic Collision guidelines and ensuring accuracy throughout the repair process.

You will coordinate with insurance partners, keep customers informed with progress updates, and work with technicians to identify all damages.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Clear, concise written, phone and in-person communication.
• Familiar with CCC1 estimating system.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off to delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and insurers according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partner with insurance companies to manage customer claims for the best customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers, providing updates on the repair process.
• Coordinate with technicians to confirm all damages are identified.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
