Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a full-time on-site customer service and estimator coordinator in the Plainfield area. You will educate customers on repairs and insurance procedures, prepare and finalize estimates, and monitor each repair through completion to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include communicating status updates, reviewing data with technicians, and ensuring all carrier requirements are met.

Qualifications

Customer service skills essential for handling customers through the repair process.
Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities to manage multiple repairs simultaneously.
Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners preferred.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and changing priorities.
Familiarity with estimating systems such as CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex.

Responsibilities

Educate customers on repair processes, insurance steps, rights, and safety.
Complete initial estimates, write final estimates after evaluation, and lock final estimates.
Manage each repair through the process ensuring quality standards via in-process QC.
Keep customers informed about vehicle status and provide an excellent customer experience.
Pull and review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps for each vehicle.
