Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused representative to educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and rights. You will prepare and lock in estimates from initial to final after damage evaluation and manage repairs, ensuring Crash Champions' quality standards through in-process QC.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities with good time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems, CCC One preferred, Mitchell & Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, techniques, safety, and value.
• Complete initial and final estimates after evaluation and disassembly.
• Manage each repair and ensure quality standards with in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status and provide a great experience.
• Review data procedures with body technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
