Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a capable estimator/coordinator in West Haven, CT to guide customers through the repair process, prepare and finalize vehicle estimates, and manage each repair to meet quality standards. You will keep customers informed, review data with technicians, and ensure paperwork and carrier requirements are completed efficiently.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, organization, insurance coordination, and familiarity with common estimating systems.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair process, insurance procedures, rights, safety, and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write final estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed on repair status and provide excellent service.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address file exceptions and carrier requirements.
